Nearly thirty early childhood professionals from across the county, ranging from public school leaders to nonprofit representatives, have embarked on a journey to enhance kindergarten readiness outcomes. With coaching expertise provided by BMW Manufacturing’s Continuous Improvement Department, SAM’s Kindergarten Success Collaborative Action Network (KSCAN) is systematically stepping through a process to tackle this biggest opportunity for long-term academic change.
