The Toolkit for Kindergarten Readiness

This Toolkit is an educational and monitoring resource. It is a publication which is being utilized in many local child care centers and is available to families. The Toolkit monitors the journey from birth to kindergarten so it has a potential lifespan of 5 years. A sample of the Toolkit is provided here.
