The Sustainability & Development committee helps the board strategically carry out its due diligence function related to ensuring fiscal health through philanthropy and fund development. The Sustainability & Development Committee partners with leadership and staff to institutionalize the philanthropic culture, stewardship, and process within the organization and direct the overall fund development plans and policies of the organization ensuring a proper environment for donors seeking to support and advance its work.
