Whole Group: Fostering Equity and Belonging

This session builds common language for pursuing equity and belonging in youth programs, with attention to both organizational and supports and staff practices as well as the role of managers in modeling and advocating for them.

Breakout Groups: planning for OST Collaborative next-steps; action planning and support for new members.

Note: If you registered for Day 1 of the OST Fall training event, you do not have to re-register for the Thursday, Sept. 17 day of training.
