To ensure the quality programming our youth deserve, Trauma Informed Training is required for participation in the 2020 Summer Shakedown, an opportunity for free promotion of summer youth programs and access to a pool of scholarship funds available to the youth your organization services.

Trauma Informed Training 102 is required for second year participants in the Summer Shakedown or for participants who have not completed the Fundamentals for Youth Serving Providers. Content covered:

• Program Implementation

• Mindfulness

• Self-Care

• Unconscious Bias

Completing the Fundamentals for Youth Serving Providers training program through the USC Upstate Child Protection Training Center covers the material in both Trauma Informed Training 101 and 102 and fulfills this quality training requirement for Summer Shakedown Participants.
